Ken figured out a simple and brilliant way to overcome all the objections people would normally have to buying this most personal of products online without being in a store to sample it personally.
This video comes from the very first presentation veteran Internet marketer Ken Giddens ever made to a seminar audience. It was at System 2004 in Chicago.
Sadly, Ken, a pioneer of eCommerce and a brilliant and generous teacher, passed away in 2005.
